The Institute for Research & Innovation at Âé¶¹tv´«Ã½ successfully conducted "Pensieve Session 5: Action Research" on Tuesday, 3 June 2025, at the Ocean View Hall. The session was attended by academic staff from Âé¶¹tv´«Ã½, aiming to enhance their understanding and application of action research methodologies.
The workshop was facilitated by Dr. Aminath Shafiya Adam, Associate Professor and Dean at the Centre for Research and Publications, Islamic University of Maldives. Dr. Shafiya provided a comprehensive overview of action research, covering its principles, cycle, and strategic relevance in the Higher Education sector.
